Workplace analysis

I analyse psychosocial problems at work

You tell me which questions you need answered. I analyse the survey numbers and the written comments. Then we meet and decide what to change.

Ph.D. in psychology. I do this analysis myself.

Compared with a survey platform

This analysis compared with a survey platform

  1. A survey platform

    A standard questionnaire

The same questionnaire is sent to every organization.

    This analysis

    Questions we set together

I meet you first, from HR or as CEO. We decide which questions the survey must answer.

  2. A survey platform

    A scored report

The platform returns scores. The recommendations are based on those scores.

    This analysis

    I analyse the results

I read the numbers and the written comments, and I write the report.

  3. A survey platform

    The report is sent

Nobody meets with you to go through the results for your workplace.

    This analysis

    We meet

I present the findings in person. We go through the problems and decide what to change.

How the work is done

The four steps

  1. 01

    We set the questions

I meet you, from HR, as CEO, or both. We decide which questions the survey must answer.

  2. 02

    Employees answer

Employees complete a questionnaire based on recognized psychosocial-risk frameworks. They can also write comments in their own words.

  3. 03

    I write the report

I analyse the numbers and the comments. The report names the main factors driving psychosocial problems in your organization.

  4. 04

    We go through the findings

I present the findings to you in person. We go through the specific problems and decide what to change.

This is an analysis of workplace mechanisms. It is not a legal opinion, and it is not care for your employees.

Who you work with
