For organizations
The support you pay for does too little
You pay for mental health support that most members never use, never finish, or never truly benefit from, and that is what we are solving.
Counselling is covered, and then it runs out
Coverage is usually a dollar maximum shared with other paramedical services, which pays for a handful of sessions. After that the member continues out of pocket, waits for the next plan year and often starts again with a new therapist, or stops. Costs climb either way.

iCBT is often already in the benefits mix
An iCBT program is a set of six to twelve online modules, each teaching one cognitive and behavioral strategy. No appointment, no session cap, and a fraction of the cost of one-on-one therapy. In clinical trials it performs well, with moderate to high effectiveness across a wide range of difficulties (Taylor et al., 2021). Outside the trials it does not hold. When Ontario funded free access to two large iCBT programs, tens of thousands of adults enrolled and most of them stopped partway (Khan et al., 2024).

What a member actually does
The delivery model has barely changed since the early 2000s.
Here is the difference, step by step.
How iCBT works today
How THEOR-E works
Today
Start from a label
The member reports a diagnosis or a main difficulty, or a professional assigns one.
THEOR-E
Named in their own words
The member describes what they are dealing with in a normal conversation with an AI agent. The AI agent identifies all their difficulties; it does not diagnose, does not give medical advice, and does not act as a therapist.
Today
One fixed program
That label decides which program the member receives: a standard set of six to twelve modules, with little or no personalization.
THEOR-E
A program they build
Skills modules are proposed to the member for each of their difficulties, from a library covering the breadth of clinical psychology. They choose what goes in their program.
Today
The rest waits
Having more than one difficulty is common. The others need a separate program or go unaddressed.
THEOR-E
Nothing left out
Every difficulty they named belongs to the same personalized program.
Today
Read and watch
Modules are often largely passive, and AI is absent or minimal.
THEOR-E
Learn by doing
Modules are interactive, with real practice in daily life, and AI support runs through every step.
What this means for your organization
You already pay for mental health support. This is the one that pays you back.
Insurers
Support plan members actually use
Work leave for mental health reasons is a major cost driver, and the coverage meant to head it off goes largely unused. THEOR-E gives plan members a self-guided program built around their own difficulties and real practice, so they come out of it in better shape.
Brokers and advisors
Something new to bring your clients
Your employer clients ask for mental health options that get used, and most providers show them the same catalogue. THEOR-E gives you something genuinely different to bring to the table, to win new business and hold on to renewals.
Employers
A benefit employees use, not just have
The cost of poor mental health hides in missed days, in people working while unwell, and in turnover. Give employees a program that fits their own difficulties and their own schedule, and show them well-being here is more than a policy line.
Universities
Support for every student, from day one
Counselling centres can't keep up with demand. THEOR-E gives every student a self-guided way to build skills at any hour, alongside the services your campus already provides.

We're welcoming pilot partners
We are in conversations with insurers, brokers and employers ahead of our first pilots in 2027. If your organization wants mental health support the people you cover are genuinely better for, let's talk.

We will obtain SOC 2 Type II certification before the first pilot deployment.
