Scientific guidance

Prof. Stéphane Guay, psychologist and professor at the University of Montreal, provides regular guidance. Additional mental health experts will join the team as the company grows. Every module is developed with the involvement of mental health professionals, a safety requirement we consider non-negotiable.

Our commitments

Evidence first

Every module is built by mental health experts from protocols published in the scientific literature. We will conduct a study of real-world use during our first pilot with an institutional partner.

Privacy and security

SOC 2 Type II certification will be obtained before the first pilot deployment, with compliance managed using professional security tooling.

Honest boundaries

We offer research-based self-help: education and skills practice. Our AI agent does not diagnose, does not give medical advice and does not act as a therapist. We are fully transparent with users.
