Structured CBT, not open-ended talk
Most online therapy is a weekly conversation that depends on who you get. This one gives you an eight-section cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT) program, worksheets you complete, written comments from your therapist on weekdays, and live sessions if you want them.

Why this one
A course you work through, not a chat that drifts
Talk therapy can help. It can also wander: a new topic each week, little practice in between, and results that depend on which therapist you get.
What you get here
A fixed eight-section cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT) program in video, audio, and text, presented by Dr. Elizabeth Lombardo, Ph.D. Each section has worksheets you fill in. Your therapist comments on what you wrote, on weekdays, usually within a day. You keep a journal, plan activities, and take tests that track change.
What that changes for you
You always know the next piece of work. Live sessions, when you book them, have something to land on. If you switch therapists, the program stays. The Basic plan includes only the program and messaging, so you can start without a weekly appointment.
How it works
You can start the same day you sign up
You do not wait for a first appointment to open the program.
01
Say what you want to work on
They match you with a therapist from what you write at sign-up, or you can pick someone from their public directory. You can see who you got and switch before you pay.
02
Pick a plan
The Basic plan includes the program and weekday messages. The Standard plan adds one live session a week. The Premium plan adds two.
03
Open the program
The eight sections, worksheets, journal, activity plan, and yoga and meditation videos are available as soon as you join.
04
Work with your therapist
Every plan includes weekday messaging. Live sessions last 45 minutes and can be video, voice, or text chat.
The toolbox
The program sits beside the therapist, not behind them
You can use the videos and worksheets on your own. Your therapist comments on what you write. You do not need a live session to begin.
Eight CBT sections
Video, audio, and text. You move through them at your own pace, with or without live sessions.
Worksheets
About 25 exercises you fill in across the program. Your therapist comments on your answers on weekdays, typically within 24 hours.
Daily journal
A few notes in the morning and evening. They present it as a way to start and end the day on a better footing.
Activity plan
You add activities to a weekly schedule, so you are more likely to do them.
Yoga and meditation
Short yoga and meditation videos they include in the toolbox, as a complement to the cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT) program.
Progress tests
Questionnaires you can retake so you and your therapist can track your progress.

Pay monthly. Live sessions are optional.

The practicalities
What you should know before you click
- Where and who
- The site is usable worldwide. The service is English only. They accept adults and couples. Teenagers can join if both parents email consent first. Therapists are based in countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and Cyprus. They try to match a therapist whose hours fit your time zone.
- The therapists
- Therapists are licensed or accredited, depending on the country. The hiring page asks for at least a master's degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field. The site does not say whether every therapist now on the platform meets that bar.
