HelloBetter offre deux programmes d’auto-assistance guidée fondés sur la TCC et accessibles à l’extérieur de l’Allemagne : un programme de prévention de la dépression et un programme de gestion du stress. Les unités demandent environ une heure chacune et sont conçues pour être suivies à raison d’une par semaine, avec des exercices entre les unités pour appliquer les apprentissages au quotidien. L’accès dure 12 mois pour le programme de prévention de la dépression.

Les deux programmes sont guidés : un psychologue fournit une rétroaction écrite après chaque unité complétée. HelloBetter offre une gamme plus large de programmes en Allemagne, où ils sont couverts par les assureurs; seuls les deux programmes de prévention sont offerts à l’international.

Programmes

  • Depression Prevention : 6 unités fondées sur la TCC pour améliorer l’humeur, développer des habiletés de résolution de problèmes et renforcer les relations sociales.
  • Stress Management : 8 unités fondées sur la TCC pour repérer, réduire et prévenir ses propres déclencheurs et manifestations de stress.
